Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping charges are based on the dimensions and weight of the package(s) being shipped.

Shipping charges for orders are calculated at checkout.

 

Shipping to Canada:

 

• Orders will be processed and a representative will contact you for shipping
• We require a UPS or FEDEX account number to ship
• Orders are FOB our warehouse (all duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility)

 

 

We ship to US and Canada, only!

 

Returns:

• Return request must be made within 15 days of the shipment date to be eligible for a refund (excluding shipping cost)
• No partial returns
• 10% restocking fee
• Customer is responsible for shipping cost
